NEET UG 2026 Seat Allotment Result LIVE: Changes in Allotment, Reporting, Upgradation and Withdrawal

This year, the complete MCC NEET UG counselling process has been moved to online mode. Following changes are made: 

Freeze Candidates: Candidates who do not seek seat upgradation have to visit the college to confirm their seats and pay the admission fee.

Float: Candidates who have been allotted seat but wish to upgrade in next round can choose the float option. 

If no seat is allotted, candidate will become eligible to participate in next round (as per criteria)

After the window for students to submit grievances closes, the final allotment result will be published. Based on this allotment result, students can report to the allotted colleges for the admission and fee payment process. According to the notification issued, the provisional result is only indicative in nature and subject to change. The candidates cannot claim any right over the allotted seat in the provisional result and the provisional result cannot be challenged before the Court of Law.
