If candidates find any answer in the provisional key to be incorrect, they can challenge it within the given objection window.

The objection facility will remain available only for the period specified by RRB. Candidates should therefore check the exact opening and closing date once the official notice is released. The Board will not accept representations after the deadline. Candidates are advised to complete their objection submission well before the closing time to avoid issues caused by website traffic or payment failures. The official notification for CEN 09/2025 describes the recruitment process as Single Stage CBT, PET, Document Verification and Medical Examination. Candidates should therefore avoid confusion with recruitment cycles where two CBT stages may be conducted. The exact selection process applicable to CEN 09/2025 should be followed as specified in the official notification. Once the answer key is released, the immediate focus should be on calculating the CBT score and checking whether an objection is necessary. Candidates shortlisted based on CBT merit will then be considered for the qualifying PET stage.

The RRB Group D recruitment process comprises CBT, Physical Efficiency Test, Document Verification and Medical Examination. The CBT determines merit for shortlisting candidates for PET, while PET is qualifying in nature. This makes a total of 100 questions carrying 100 marks.
