There are a total of 5 AFSB centers in India where candidates are evaluated after clearing the AFCAT exam.

• 2 AFSB: Mysuru (Mysore), Karnataka
• 3 AFSB: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
• 4 AFSB: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
• 5 AFSB: Guwahati, Assam (primarily for NCC and Meteorology entries)

The Indian Air Force has officially declared the AFCAT 2 Result 2026 on September 9. Candidates can now check their qualifying status by login through candidate login section on the official website at afcat.edcil.co.in. Shortlisted candidates will move further to the next stages of the recruitment process, which is SSB interview.

The Indian Air Force closed the answer key objection window on August 13, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the AFCAT 2 are now waiting for their AFCAT result and final answer key. The IAF said the AFCAT result would be based on the final answer keys prepared after reviewing challenges. The IAF started the Answer Key Objection process from AFCAT 1 2026. Before that, the IAF never released official answer keys or candidate response sheets. They directly released the results.

The Indian Air Force (IAF) can release the AFCAT 2 Result 2026 today on the official website of IAF. Candidates who appeared in the exam held on August 08, 2026 can check their AFCAT results online once the link is activated.
