Candidates should rely on the official NBEMS website for the final release notice rather than unofficial answer-key PDFs circulating online.

Once released, candidates should download or save their response details, check the question IDs carefully and use the provisional key to calculate their expected marks. Any objection window announced by NBEMS should also be checked immediately because such windows are generally time-bound.

After the NEET PG result is announced, candidates will move towards the counselling and admission stage for postgraduate medical courses. The NEET PG result and merit position will be important for determining eligibility and participation in the applicable counselling process for MD, MS and other covered postgraduate programmes. The exact seat allocation process will depend on the relevant counselling authority and category of seats. 

Once the provisional answer key and response sheet are released, candidates will be able to calculate their probable scores using the NEET PG marking scheme. Reports currently indicate +4 marks for a correct answer and -1 mark for an incorrect answer. Candidates will also need to watch for the official instructions on the objection process after the provisional key is published.
